1. Read/react/record nightly.
2. Study spelling words for Trapped by the Ice.
3. Complete practice book pages 102, 103, and 104.
4. Complete Home links 8.3 and 8.4 (2 pages).
4. Continue working on your animal research report. This week your note cards and paragraphs are due for parts 4 – 6. Please make sure your paragraphs have been proofread before turning them in. Remember, this is a rough draft. You will work on your final paper next week. Check in your research folder for details.

1. Thank you to our generous parents who donated paper towels and tissues. We still need more, please! Thank you.
2. Please look at your children’s work when it comes home in their folders. It’s our communication with you regarding your child’s progress. It also identifies areas of need where you can be an extra tutor. We are always available through email or setting up a conference if you have concerns.
3. TOMORROW is our fieldtrip. Remember to bring your sack lunch and snack.
4. Wear blue on Friday to celebrate our Distinguished School Award.
