Science study guides are corrected and in the folders of every student who turned them in today. If your child doesn't have their study guide in their folder, please make sure they return it on Monday so they can have a corrected study guide to study from. Also, I've reminded all of them to bring home their science books to get ahead with studying over the long weekend.
We completed testing before lunch today and the students got to watch "Because of Winn Dixie" as a treat because we also just finished reading the book in class. Students who have missing items for the progress reports were given second copies of their assignments and given the whole afternoon to work on them. Anything unfinished in this time will go home over the weekend. Please check in with your child on whether or not they had/have work to complete over the weekend.

Sorry I forgot to post earlier. More finish-ups. i checked in with the kids today and helped some of them clear their missing items out of their desks. Two finish-ups for everybody who didn't finish today are the "fruit punch" write and their science study guides. The study guides will be returned tomorrow and all students will be told to bring home their science books to aide studying over the long weekend.
