Spotlight

This will be my last Spotlight to you. It’s been a privilege to be your child’s teacher, and I thank you for your encouragement and support. I think back to September when I showed the children what we would know by the end of the school year and the comments I heard like “No way!” or “Really?” and then move fast forward to today. I cannot help but marvel how much we’ve all learned. If you need to contact me during the summer, please email me at jan.bullock@bsd.wednet.edu. I will regularly check my email. Also, if you would like to receive a video of your child, email me and I will send it to you electronically at your email address. If you don’t want your child to be included in any video that I will be sending to other parents, please email or write me a note.

Please look around your home for books from my personal library and any items belonging to the school. If your child has misplaced any library books, please pay for the replacement cost.

Report cards will be sent home on the last day of school. Please check your child’s backpack for it. Also, dismissal on Thursday will be 12:35.

This summer encourage your child to read, read, READ! Also, practice those math facts. Look below for some fantastic and fun online sites your child or older siblings could go to.

Here’s a special message to your child:

I've come to love you so.
I can't believe the end is here.
I hate to see you go.

Remember all the fun we had
in all the things we did
But most of all remember...
You're a Very Special Kid!
