Passing AP Physics 1 Exam

The following percentages need to be attained to earn a passing score on an AP Physics 1 Exam:

Score 3 -- 45% 

Score 4 -- 65%

Score 5 -- 80%

The percentage figures are approximate as they vary slightly from year to year.

I am indicating the highest numbers.


Significant Figures

Adherence to significant figure rules is not required for AP Physics. The only exception to this is when conducting calculations that have to do with electricity, such as resistance (2nd semester).
