Test Corrections is an optional extra credit assignment, available to all students who satisfy the following requirements:

1) Practice Test has been completed on time and no penalties were assigned by the teacher when the scantron was given out

2) Student scored less than 75% on the actual test.

Students have one week to complete this assignment, after the test has been returned. The following is a list of instructions of  the assignment:

1) Complete assignment on a separate sheet of paper.

2) Work only on problems that you have missed on the test.

3) Write the question as it is written on the test.

4) Write the correct detailed step-by-step solution to each problem.

5) Write the correct final answer to the problem and box it.

6) Explain the correct solution step-by-step (it is possible to explain where you made the error in your calculations on the test.)

7) Staple your work to the original test worksheet and scantron form and submit to the teacher after school. 

If every problem has been corrected successfully, teacher will raise your test grade to 75% (C).
